中華電信海纜斷線，國外網站連線困難
因TPE海纜障礙影響部份HiNet用戶連線歐美及日本連網服務 起迄日期：2013-11-17 ~ 2013-11-18 時間： 20:20 ~ 02:00 範圍：HiNet全區用戶 說明:因TPE海纜障礙，影響部份HiNet用戶連線歐美及日本之連線品質及連網服務傳輸延遲時間變長，不便之處，敬請見諒。 今日晚上在上網的人應該都發現網路不穩，不少連國外的網站都出現延遲或是斷線的情形，主要是因為目前海纜斷線的關係，導致目前網路發生異常。目前主要受影響的是中華電信的用戶，其中固定 IP 的狀況也比較嚴重。 由於海纜斷線，目前中華電信固定 IP 為主的用戶都出現了連線困難的情況，對於國外網站像是 YouTube、justin.tv、Twitter 等網站可能都會無法順利連線，建議目前可以先改回浮動 IP 或是採用 3G 上網即可舒緩網路不順的問題。目前中華電信客服也都在滿線中，不少人也反應電話打不進去，海纜目前也正在修復中，建議大家等待修復或是使用別的方案上網即可。 source: http://www.techbang.com/posts/15688-hinet-lag
